Chenega Futures, Inc.
Chenega Futures Inc (CFI) is a non-profit, wholly independent foundation established by Chenega Corporation. CFI is funded by Chenega Corporation to provide for scholarships for education and training, which is available to all shareholders, descendants and their spouses. Chenega believes in supporting the entire family when it comes to education and training. Since its creation in 2000, CFI has also developed a world-class internship program and management track program for shareholders, descendants and their spouses.

High School Outreach Program
The Chenega High School Outreach Project was launched in 2004 to identify those shareholders, descendants or spouses that will be graduating from high school within three years. Through ongoing contact, the committee members provide them with valuable information on scholarships and internships, and assist them in identifying a field of study. The purpose of this project is to prepare the next generation of Chenega shareholders and their descendants to take on jobs within the Chenega family of companies or wherever they may chose in the future.

Internship Program
Chenega Corporation and its subsidiaries are working to provide practical and comprehensive internship opportunities to prepare shareholders, descendants and spouses for their future participation in the work world. Through the Chenega Corporation Internship Program, participants have the chance to work with any of the Chenega family of companies. Interns are typically enrolled in college or vocational school and their internships provide hands-on training that supports what they are learning in their educational institutions. At the end of the internship, the shareholder, descendant or spouse may have the opportunity to work full time for that company. The opportunity to work for Chenega, helps the future generations obtain the necessary work skills and experience to make them better students, community members, and valuable assets to the corporation. 

Chenega Heritage, Inc.
Chenega Heritage was founded in 2006 out of a need by the Chenega Corporation to provide for additional community and shareholder support. Chenega Heritage is a 501(c) 3, allowing Chenega Corporation to invest greater amounts into the communities and organizations they support from the revenues earned by participating in federal contracting. The priorities of Chenega Heritage are to provide care and support for its Elders, health and wellness for all of its’ people, the Russian Orthodox Church of Alaska, and to ensure opportunities for all Shareholders, descendants and spouses are available.
