Ms. Janelle Billingslea was recently awarded a CFS Impact Award for her outstanding support to the US Army Rapid Equipping Force (REF). As a Project Officer supporting the Acquisition Team, Janelle’s responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of material systems and equipment throughout the acquisition process. Over the past two years she has been assigned some of the most challenging projects because of her ability to analyze, organize, and develop a product ready to go forward to support the Warfighter.
