  • United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM)
    J2, Southern Hemisphere
    CFS provides support to intelligence operations at United States Southern Command
    (USSOUTHCOM) Headquarters through web development, imagery intelligence collection and processing, training management, and foreign disclosure services, focused on managing operations and providing logistics support. The CFS team has been integral in strategic and operational intelligence planning, coordinating and execution.
  • United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM)
    Joint Task Force— Guantanamo Bay (JTFGTMO)
    CFS provides direct action information operations supporting efforts on the Global War on Terror (GWOT) at the Guantanamo Bay detention center. This covers a broad range of operations systems functionality involving integrated subsystems, applications, organic communications, processors, special purpose communications, and includes research, application and support.
  • United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM)
    Special Forces Intelligence Data Management System (SIDMS)
    CFS supported the evaluation of technical alternatives to data collection, automated geotagging, automated indexing, entity extraction and automated‐retrieval from open source and intra‐service capabilities, which required determining viable options for acquisition, implementation and life cycle management. Complimentary work included the utilization of Oracle Label Security (OLS) to provide security for classification of various Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) sources into a single metadata repository.
  • United States Army Command, Control, Communication and Computers,
    Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR)
    Possessing technical expertise in the area of IO data structures, conventions, maintenance requirements, reporting and query requirements, CFS has assisted in numerous projects requiring data analysis, information and event inquiries, and management of data sets in support of real world missions.

Information Technology:

  • United States Army Geospatial Center (AGC)
    CFS is responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the Joint Geospatial Enterprise Services (JGES) and networking equipment, also servicing helpdesk requirements.
  • Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)
    CFS provides onsite technical support, comprised of computer networking, hardware and software procurement, as well as webmaster and systems administrator functions. This includes operating and maintaining support for applications and databases that support United States Fire Administration (USFA) and Emergency Management Institute (EMI) at the National Emergency Training Center (NETC) in Emmitsburg, MD.
  • Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA)
    CFS provides IT services to the IT infrastructure of the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) and Indian Education (BIE). Support services include helpdesk call center, desktop support, private branch exchange, network services, messaging systems, mainframe, applications and database support, general systems administration, technical writing, configuration management and contract management.
  • Joint Military Information Support Center (JMISC)
    Leveraging and supplementing existing programs and architecture established pursuant to the Expanded Trans‐Regional PSYOP program, CFS capitalized on emerging commercial information technology services and wireless telephony technologies to enhance and reinforce mass‐media delivery systems.

Intelligence:

  • United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM)
    CFS personnel provide research, analysis, production and dissemination of intelligence to the Joint Task Force at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (JTFGTMO). Support services are all-inclusive within the areas of intelligence analysis, strategic debriefing, biometrics and interpretation/translation and linguistic services.
  • United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM)
    CFS has been involved in a number of programs with USSOCOM, including intelligence systems Research, Development Testing and Evaluation (RDT&E), collecting classified and unclassified data, evaluating intelligence and generating technical analyses, testing and implementing automated intelligence reporting, as well as collection and processing and free text.
  • United States Army Geospatial Center (AGC)
    As part of the BuckEye Program, CFS has provided technical, management and engineering services in support of tactical intelligence operations. CFS trained on the data collection system, assisted in operational and maintenance CONOP development, and was instrumental in developing specific operational requirements.
  • United States Army Special Electronic Mission Aircraft (SEMA)
    CFS directly supports the execution of sensor development, integration, testing and performance evaluation through Post Production Product Improvement (P3I) with Airborne Reconnaissance‐Low (ARL) projects at SEMA. They assist in validation and verification of operational performance characteristics on sensors, and management of technical, cost and schedule performance, as well as planning, coordinating and executing in‐flight data collection operations to determine system operational effectiveness and suitability profiles.
  • United States Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI)
    CFS provides surveillance support used in criminal, espionage, terrorism investigations and protection issues concerning the Air Force and DoD personnel. Command priorities include the exploitation of counterintelligence activities for force protection, assisting in the identification of vulnerabilities in sensitive areas and interrupting the terrorist cycle of planning attacks.

Systems Engineering:

  • United States Special Operations Command Special Operations Resource Business Information System (USSOCOM – SORBIS)
    CFS provided information technology systems engineering support services, including system engineering and technical management to develop, document, and perform SORBIS requirements analysis to evaluate system architectures. This included technical monitoring, technical documentation generation, review and analysis, technical management support, documentation generation, review and analysis, business system and software system engineering, change management, risk management, and test and evaluation support.
  • United States Army Special Electronic Mission Aircraft (SEMA)
    CFS directly supported the execution of sensor development, integration, testing and performance evaluation, as well as technical analysis and interface requirements objective for communications, imagery and radar intelligence systems. This includes developing flight testing scenarios and vignettes, in‐flight collection operations, metrics analysis and critical factors influencing operational performance.
  • United States Army Geospatial Center (AGC)
    In support of the BuckEye Program, CFS engineers ensure regularly scheduled distributions and daily high‐profile rapid turnaround needs, providing engineering support on the development of innovative solutions to expedite data transition to the battlefield through the use of available technology.
  • United States Army Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD)
    CFS has worked with several programs, including integration and transition of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Real Time Adversarial Intelligence and Decision‐Making program (RAID), using predictive analysis capabilities; the Orthogonal‐Sensor Fusion System (O‐SFS), developing a Fusion Exploitation Framework to integrate several fusion algorithms in pursuit of IED defeat; Video and Image retrieval analysis tool program (VIRAT), assessing program execution, contracting, and establishing an evaluation capability.

Training:

  • Strategic Systems Programs, United States Navy Operations, Evaluation and Training Branch (SP‐205)
    CFS delivers acquisition and life‐cycle support of training materials, personnel and training evaluation, electronic classroom support, training simulator support and manpower planning an analysis to the U.S. Navy, as well as the United Kingdom’s TRIDENT Training Program. CFS offers expertise in the areas of:
    • Onsite Electronic Classroom (EC) and training simulator facility support, including training materials and software
    • Development of self‐paced training materials for the Navy’s Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) program, including assisting in planning, execution and follow‐on support for training meetings and technology conferences
    • Test development, administration, scoring and analysis for the SWS Personnel and Training Evaluation Program (PTEP)
    • Reviewing technical materials for training impact and implementing special training studies and analyses as required.
  • United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM)
    CFS manages all aspects of SOUTHCOM training, including intelligence, technical and operations support in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Miami, Fla., and additional locations in support of ongoing Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO). The CFS team specializes in a broad range of training needs, including:
    • Evaluating and recommending all command training plans, including creating and maintaining training budgets and evaluating objectives and initiatives
    • Joint intelligence training and training requirements analysis – compiling, collating, analyzing and evaluating all sources of training and making recommendations for plan execution
    • Creating, maintaining and recalling data in support of training and budget management • Evaluating accomplishments of training objectives
    • Supporting and assisting with the development of Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Civilian training and education
    • Researching new and innovative training programs
    • Researching, planning, designing and preparing training materials, including multi‐media reports and programs, computer and web based training, web pages, messages, briefings, information papers, forecasts and trip reports
    • Preparation and coordination of DIA’s Joint Intelligence Virtual University, as well as integration into all aspects of intelligence training
    • Language Training
  • United States Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL)
    CFS offers a full range of engineering, analytical, technical and business services for the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory – the only laboratory operated by the United States Marine Corps—including, but not limited to:
    • Weapons and technology integration, including training Marine forces on newly introduced weapons, optics, ordinance, armor, communications equipment and combat equipment.
    • Integration and synchronization of project schedules
    • Public Affairs support services training, including planning, preparing, coordinating and conducting
    • Maintenance of current training methodology, including program system and evaluation
    • Development and maintenance of POIs in accordance with Individual Training Standards (ITS)
